I am still trying to perfect my icing recipe and trying to practice getting the icing on the cupcake absolutely perfect. I have come to find out that you can alter the icing {RECIPE} any way you want. I have added cream cheese, liquid coffee creamer, sour cream, whipping cream, and you could probably even add in yogurt if you wanted too. I like adding in liquid coffee creamer because it gives the icing a rich vanilla taste but only add in a a little; however, if you add too much, just keep adding in more confectioners sugar. I know with time, that I will get better at applying the icing to the cupcake. These are red velvet with cream cheese icing.
I work for a mortgage company inside of the building of {KELLER WILLIAMS REALTY};I felt it was only appropriate to make some of the real estate agentscupcakes that were personalized.
Wow! Those look so yummy! I love the tip about coffee creamer! I always this the flavors sound so yummy, but a girl can only drink so much flavored hot cocoa before she turns into the stuff!
