I have totally been wanting to make some protein granola bars, so when I came across these Protein Balls over at Little Apartment on the Prairie, I knew I had to make some! Her recipe is perfect! I love how you can mix & match the ingredients. I used, peanut butter, honey, oats, dried cranberries, chocolate chips, wheat germ and protein powder. The dried cranberries and chocolate chips went in the food processor and I used a little less peanut butter. Mix everything up and roll into balls, BAM! That's it. It is so easy and they are really tasty!
I have everything but the protein powder, will it still work?
ReplyDeleteMmm..like healthy cookies! I keep saying that we need to try some of these when Hubby is on a diet. I think we might be starting again soon so I'll have to try some!
