Flower Cupcake Toppers

One more cupcake for the road ….

I made these cupcake toppers using Grafix’s vellum … For some reason their vellum cuts a 100% better than any other vellum that I have tried to put through my Cricut. I layered the topper with cardstock and the vellum. Bent up the petals a little bit for a 3D effect.

Scrabble Tiles & Idea Words

It seems that Scrabble tiles are all the rage these days.  I heart them too!  I picked up this “Queen Bee” Scrabble tile holder at the {ROUND TOP ANTIQUES FAIR} this last spring- super fabulous place! If you live in Texas, you should make the trip this Fall.  The tiles are actually glued onto the Scrabble holder tray.  I have this sitting on my desk at work and there isn’t a day that doesn’t go by that I don’t get a comment on it.  This is such a great gift idea.  Cheap too! 

Below the picture is a list of words that can fit onto the Scrabble tile tray.  I didn’t copy this list.  I actually thought of it on my own.  LOL  I have to much time on my hands! 

Mini Fall Burlap Banner

I am so really for fall! I love the cooler weather, Fightin’ Texas Aggie football and the holidays that are coming up.  I was whipping up a custom burlap banner just like my {SWEETS BANNER} and for some reason, burlap makes me think of fall.  Since my creative juices where flowing, I decided to whip up a mini fall banner.  I’m not to sure where I am going to hang it but I’m sure I can find a place … Possibly on my living room armoire.

Homemade cupcakes. Cupcake toppers were made with my Cricut and circle punch. Purchased the cupcake wrappers at Micheal's and then glued on the flower.

E-Reader Case

I am pretty sure an e-reader is the best thing since sliced bread.  Last year for Christmas I received one from my boss and I FINALLY downloaded a book on it.  I do not like clutter or having a million romance paperbacks cluttering my house, so this is the perfect item for me.

When I was working on the {BEDDING SET} I had a little bit of scrap fabric left over, so I decided to whip up an e-reader case.  This is one of my favorite fabrics from HL.  Click {HERE} for a tutorial from {ONE PEARL BUTTON}.

Sinners and Saints Welcome

Not only is my boss, a loan officer, he is also an ordained pastor and runs his youth program at his church … due to his status everyone feels the need to come to him for a confessional and advice.  He never passes judgment on anyone, so  when I came across the verbiage “SINNERS & SAINTS WELCOME” I knew I had to use it.  Once again, I used {COMPUTER GRAFIX} blank transparencies that you can print on.

I placed the adhesive transparency onto one of those

cheap plastic frames and then inserted a piece of cardstock.
