I Am A Redneck : Using Vinyl

While I was scrapping, I had the Cricut out and I decided to get out some vinyl to whip up a quick project that has been on my to do list for while now.  I am a crazy dog lady;  have two silly English Bull Terriers and one tiny Chi-Wow-Wow.  All three of them have a kennel and since their Mom is a crazy “crafty” dog lady, they must have jazzy dog name plates for their kennels.  I used paper and vinyl on pieces of wood that I purchased at HL, and zip tied them to the kennel . . . Kinda redneck, but keep scrolling down . . .

I can’t believe I actually did this.  I had new pack of lighters laying on my craft table and was getting ideas on vinyl. {Yes, I am a smoker… don’t judge! LOL}  Put the two together and you get super snazzy lighters! I even added some rhinestones!  I know, I am wack otherwise known as, super redneck!   The last one is an English Bull Terrier!

I love it! Even if you don't smoke most of us keep lighters around for candles and those are totally cute!

So many uses for vinyl!

Thats so cute, I agree with Kim. If you don't smoke we all keep lighter at home to light candles.
Awesome idea :)

I totally understand the need to play with what you've got on hand. My husband has been using our Cricut to cut cool stuff out of our empty Diet Coke cartons. It's nice to know there are more of us crazy crafters out there.

I make stuff so often for my dog that he sits by my sewing machine when I use it. Now he thinks all sewing projects are for him.
