Deco mesh?! I just don’t know how I feel about deco mesh and I’ve been super hesitant to use it. Mainly because of the cost … I think it is fairly inexpensive but I feel like you have to have a lot of it to make a “statement”; thus driving the cost of the project up. I’ve seen tons of awesome wreaths made out of deco mesh, and figured I should at least give it a shot. Last year, for the 4th of July, I went ahead and made this one.
I feel like my wreath is only “okay” … I think my wire wreath form was way too big and I was hesitant to make big loops with the deco mesh to offset the size of the wire form. Also, I really don’t like the white flowers, it’s too plain in that area; maybe this year I can add a small sign or something to fill it in.
